Expressions of Interest for Supply of Turnkey Housing Schemes to Sligo Borough Council

Expressions of Interest / proposals are invited from experienced housing developers or contractors for the supply of Turnkey Developments for Social Housing purposes for purchase within the Sligo City  and Environs area.

Small schemes, consisting of a mix of house types of 2, 3 and to a lesser extent 4 bed, with own door access and private amenity space are most suitable to the Council.  Proposals must be consistent with the Planning Regulations, Building Regulations and all relevant Development guidelines as set out by the Department of the Environment Heritage and Local Government.  Regard will be had to good estate management and social mix in any proposal considered.

Proposals must be received on or before 4.00pm on Thursday 9th July, 2009.
