Temporary Closing of Roads - Sligo Borough Council
TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROAD SECTION 75 OF THE ROADS ACT 1993 AND PART 8 ROADS REGULATIONS, 1994 (SI NO.119 OF 1994)
Notice is hereby given of the decision by Sligo County Council to close O’Connell Street, Sligo from its junction with Grattan Street and John Street to its junction with Lower Knox Street, to all vehicular traffic from 12 noon on Friday 30th July 2010 to 7pm on Monday 2nd August 2010, to facilitate the bank holiday weekend fringe festival and from 6pm to 11.30pm on Friday 24th September 2010 to facilitate Culture Night.
Local access will be maintained. Diversions will be via John Street/Adelaide Street/Wine Street. Signed traffic diversions will be in operation. Sligo County Council regrets any inconvenience that this closure may cause.
