• In policy formation and programme planning across all Directors of Services, by providing professional advice and service at executive level.
• At operational level, in the form of construction project design and management, technical and statutory compliance advice to all Department Heads and specialist project teams. This technical advice at operational level can extend from tasks as simple as land transfer maps to property management and maintenance, building conservation areas and advice on procurement strategies on major infrastructural and development projects.
