Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 13 of the Planning and Development
Acts, 2000 – 2006 that Sligo Borough Council has made its
variation (No. 4) to the Sligo and Environs Development Plan 2004-2010, at a
meeting on 2nd April, 2007, to re-zone the following lands within the IDA
Business Park to Business, Industry and Technology Parks (B.I.T.P.):

and purchase during office hours, between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm Monday –
Friday (excluding public holidays) at offices of Sligo Borough Council, City
Hall, Quay Street, Sligo and at Sligo County Council, County Hall, Riverside,
Sligo from Wednesday 2nd May, 2007. You will also be able to view it on the
