TWO STAGE SELECTIVE TENDERING PROCEDURE
CAPITAL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FOR:

12 no. 2 bed apartments at Sea Road, Sligo. (Contract 1)

24 no. housing units at Old Bundoran Road, Rathbraughan,
Sligo.
(Contract 2)
Sligo Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from
competent contractors for the construction of 12 no. 2 bed apartments at Sea
Road, Sligo and 24 no. housing units at Old Bundoran Road, Rathbraughan, Sligo.
This is a two stage selective tendering process. All replies to this notice must
be made and completed on all forms and documentation provided on the Public
Sector Procurement opportunities website at
www.etenders.gov.ie
Contractors without their own Internet access can avail of access through their
local County Council library. Pre-booking of this service is essential.
Closing date for receipt of first stage “Requests to Participate”
is 4.00 pm Friday 22nd September 2006.
