Sligo Borough Council has made Bye-Laws under the Road Traffic Act 1994, to
facilitate the introduction of Pay & Display Parking Meters, to provide for
increased fees for parking in Abbey Street car park and to provide for
parking charges on Sundays and Public Holidays.
A copy of the Bye-Laws are available for public inspection free of charge at the
offices of the Town Clerk, City Hall, Quay Street, Sligo, between the hours of
9.00 am to 5.00 pm – Monday to Friday.
These Bye Laws will come into effect on 8th May, 2006.
