NOTICE OF MAKING OF VESTING ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 17 OF THE DERELICT SITES ACT 1990 (AS AMENDED BY THE PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT ACT 2000) Notice is hereby given that Sligo Borough Council on the 8th Day of June 2006 made a Vesting Order pursuant to Section 17 of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990 in respect of the land described hereunder : The effect of the Order will be to Vest the land described in the Schedule hereto in Sligo Borough Council as from the 11th July, 2006 in fee simple, free from encumbrances and all estates, rights, titles and interests of whatsoever kind.
