NOTICE OF MAKING OF VESTING ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 81 OF THE HOUSING ACT 1966 Corporation of Sligo Compulsory Purchase (N4 Sligo Inner Relief Road) Order 1999 VESTING ORDER SERIAL NO1 of 2006 Notice is hereby given that Sligo Borough Council on the 12th Day of June 2006 made a Vesting Order pursuant to Section 81 of the Housing Act 1966 in respect of the land described hereunder : The effect of the Order will be to Vest the land described in the Schedule hereto in Sligo Borough Council as from the 11th July, 2006 in fee simple, free from encumbrances and all estates, rights, titles and interests of whatsoever kind.
