Sligo County Council will be collecting CLEAN SILAGE WRAP at the following designated sites within the County. Acceptance will be strictly confined to the sites, dates and times set out below:

PLEASE NOTE:
Only clean, dry and uncontaminated Farm Film Plastic (silage wrap) from County Sligo will be accepted. Please remove excess dirt prior to transportation.
Herd Number: Farmers will be asked to produce Herd Number before any FFP will be accepted.
Recycling Certificates will be issued upon receipt of FFP.
NO other waste plastics such as fertilizer bags, netting or baling twine etc. will be accepted.
Persons will be prosecuted for leaving silage wrap at these locations outside of the dates and times specified or for leaving contaminated material.
