SECTION 73 - ROADS ACT, 1993.
CLOSURE OF PEDESTRIAN ALLEYWAY AT
GARAVOGUE VILLAS HOUSING ESTATE, GARAVOGUE, SLIGO
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 73 of the Roads Act, 1993, that Sligo
Borough Council proposes to extinguish a public right of way/close a pedestrian
alleyway between house numbers 64 and 65 Garavogue Villas, Garavogue, Sligo.
A map showing the right of way to be extinguished/pedestrian alleyway to be
closed may be inspected at the Housing Office, Sligo Borough Council, City Hall,
Quay Street, Sligo until Friday 21st July, 2006, between the hours of 9am – 5pm,
Monday to Friday, excluding Bank and Public holidays.
Objections or representations with respect to the proposal may be made in
writing to the Town Clerk, City Hall, Quay Street, Sligo, not later than 5pm
Tuesday 8th August, 2006.
Any person may include in his/her objection a request to state their case at an
oral hearing, which would be conducted by a person appointed by Sligo Borough
Council for that purpose.
