Sligo Borough Council is seeking applications from Sports Turf Contractors
experienced in the provision of specialist sports field maintenance who may be
considered for inclusion on a panel from which tenders will be invited for
sports field maintenance works within the Borough of Sligo.
Works may include verti draining, aeration, sanding, application of fertilizers
and herbicides, installation of goal posts, refurbishment of goal mouth areas
and grass cutting.
Applicants should note that to be considered for inclusion on the panel
contractors must be in a position to produce the following:

Current Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or C2 Tax Form.

Public Liability Insurance - minimum cover € 6.4 million.

Current Employer Insurance Cover - minimum cover €13.0
million.

Copy of Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Statement in
compliance with 2005 Act.
Interested Contractors will be required to complete and
return a Pre-qualification questionnaire form to Sligo Borough Council’s Parks
Department before Friday 27th April 2007. Pre-qualification questionnaire forms
