LITTER POLLUTION ACT, 1997-2003
In accordance with Section 10 of the Litter Pollution Act
1997-2010, Sligo Borough Council has prepared a Draft
Litter Management Plan for the period 2007 to 2010.
A copy of the Draft Litter Management Plan will be available
for public inspection from Wednesday 9th May 2007 to
Friday 8th June 2007 at the Planning Department, Sligo
Borough Council, City Hall, Quay Street, Sligo between the
hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding
Bank Holidays). Copies of the Draft Litter Management Plan
are available on request free of charge.
Submissions should be made in writing to the Town Clerk,
Sligo Borough Council, City Hall, Quay Street, Sligo on or
before Friday 15th June 2007. All submissions received
within the above mentioned time period will be taken into
consideration before the plan is adopted.
