Anti-Litter and Anti-Graffiti Awareness Grant 2008

Is your group planning a project to tackle litter or graffiti locally?

If so, you may be eligible for funding under the Anti-Litter and Anti-Graffiti Awareness Grant  Scheme 2008.  Under this scheme €29,000 is available for projects across County Sligo which foster action against litter through awareness and education.

Projects/activities should focus on:

• Involving schools and young people in anti-litter actions
• Voluntary anti-litter initiatives by community and environmental groups
• Business and commercial sectors to tackle both litter and graffiti at local level
