Temporary Closing of Road - Old Bundoran Road

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS.
SECTION 75 OF THE ROADS ACT, 1993

Notice is hereby given of the intention of Sligo County Council to close to public traffic Old N15 Bundoran Road from its junction with the N15 National Primary Road, southeast to its junction with Local Road L-7422-0 in Shannon Eighter.

The period of proposed closure is from Monday 11th August 2008 to Friday 3rd October 2008 to facilitate new water and sewerage works in this area.

Alternative route will be via Local Road L-7422-0 from its junction with the Old Bundoran Road in Shannon Eighter, to Local Road L-3407-0 in Barroe, to the N15 National Primary Road in Lisnalurg to Mount Shannon Road in Shannon Eighter, to the Old N15 Bundoran Road in Ballytivnan, to its junction with Local Road L-7422-0 in Shannon Eighter. 

Any person aggrieved by the proposed closure may lodge a written objection setting out the grounds therefore with the Director of Services, Infrastructural Services Section, Sligo County Council, Governor’s House, St. Anne’s Place, Sligo, not later than 5.00 pm on Tuesday, 24th June, 2008.
