Council of the County of Sligo – Parking Places Draft Bye-Laws 2008 (Rosses Point, Strandhill, Mullaghmore)

Sligo County Council in accordance with the provisions of Section 36 of the Road Traffic Act,1994 hereby gives notice of its intention to make Parking Bye-Laws for the purpose of regulating car-parking and the prohibition for use of car-parking spaces for other than car-parking in the following areas of the County – Strandhill, Rosses Point and Mullaghmore.

The Strandhill Parking Places Draft Bye-Laws 2008 contain a provision for the payment of a parking fee.

The proposed bye-laws may be inspected during normal office hours (Monday to Friday) by any person for a period of five weeks from the date of publication of this notice at Governor’s House, St. Anne’s Place, Sligo and a copy of such bye-laws can be obtained on request on payment of a fee.

The Council will consider any written representations or submissions made to it at the address given for a period of three weeks commencing at the end of the period of inspection (and 8 weeks from the date of publication).
