Draft Revised Litter Management Plan 2008-2010

LITTER POLLUTION ACT 1997-2003

Sligo Borough Council has prepared a Draft Revised Litter Management Plan for the period 2008 to 2010.

A Copy of The Draft Litter Management Plan will be available for public inspection  from Wednesday 25th June 2008 to Thursday  24th July 2008  at the Planning Department, Sligo Borough Council, City Hall, Quay Street, Sligo  between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).  Copies of the Draft Revised Litter Management Plan are available on request free of charge.

Submissions should be made in writing to the Town Clerk, Sligo Borough Council, City Hall, Quay Street, Sligo on or before Friday 1st August 2008.   All submissions received within the above mentioned time period will be taken into consideration before the plan is adopted.
