REGISTRATION OF ELECTORS 2011/2012

The portion relating to County Sligo of the Draft Register of Electors for the Constituency of Sligo-North Leitrim has now been published.  This Draft, subject to amendments, will eventually become the Register of Electors (County Sligo) which will be in force 15th February, 2011 to 14th February, 2012.

The Draft Register may be inspected during normal office hours at Sligo County Council Offices, County Hall, Riverside, Sligo; Sligo Borough Council Offices, City Hall, Quay St, Sligo and at The County Library, Stephen Street, Sligo.  It is also available for inspection online at the central website www.checktheregister.ie  Appropriate sections of the Draft Register are also available for inspection at Sligo County Council Area Offices, at all Post Offices and Garda Siochana Stations in County Sligo.

Anyone wishing to make an amendment to the Draft Register may do so by completing Form RFA1, which may be obtained from all locations where the Draft Register is available for inspection.  RFA1 Forms can also be obtained from the Corporate Services Section, Sligo County Council and can be downloaded from Sligo County Council’s website www.sligococo.ie/Services/RegisterofElectors/Downloads/

All forms should be submitted to Corporate Services Section, Sligo County Council not later than 25th November, 2010.
