Notice of Intention to Make Bye-Laws in Relation to Car Parks and Parking Places

Sligo Borough Council proposes to commence the procedure for revising the Car Parks Bye-Laws 2008 and Parking Places Bye-Laws 2008.

The Draft Car Park Bye-Laws 2010 and the Draft Parking Places Bye Laws 2010 include a number of changes to the existing bye-laws.

A copy of the Draft Parking Bye-Laws 2010 will be available for public inspection free of charge at the offices of Sligo Borough Council, City Hall, Quay Street, Sligo during the period commencing on Wednesday the 14th of July 2010 to Wednesday the 11th August 2010.

Sligo Borough Council will consider any submissions made in writing by any person in relation to the Draft Parking Bye-Laws 2010 which are received by Marie Leydon, Head of Finance, Sligo Borough Council,City Hall, Quay Street, Sligo not later than Thursday the 26th of August 2010.
