Declaration of Road to be Public Road - Woodtown Lodge Housing Estate

DECLARATION OF PUBLIC ROADS – ROADS ACT 1993

WOODTOWN LODGE HOUSING ESTATE, SLIGO

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 11 (1) (b) (iii) of the Roads Act, 1993 that Sligo Borough Council propose to declare the roads within the Woodtown Lodge Housing Estate, Sligo, to be public roads.

A map showing the roads in question may be inspected at the Planning Office, Sligo Borough Council, City Hall, Quay Street, Sligo, until 13th March 2009 between the hours of 9.30 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Objections or representations may be submitted in writing to the Town Clerk, Sligo Borough Council, City Hall, Quay Street, Sligo, not later than 4.00 pm on 27th March, 2009 in relation to the proposed declaration of the roads as public roads.
