Minor Road Resurfacing Works 2012

Competent Contractors are invited to tender for the carrying out of minor road resurfacing works during the period 1st January 2012 to 31st December 2012.

Contractors without their own internet access can avail of access through their local County Council Library. Pre-booking of this service is essential.

Tender documents may also be obtained from The Roads Department, Sligo Local Authorities, High Market House, Old Market Street, Sligo.

It will be a condition of the award of work that successful tenderers comply with Tax Clearance Procedures as outlined in Department of Finance Circular (F49/29/84) No. 22/95 and Construction Contracts and Registered Employment Agreements. 

Sligo Local Authorities are subject to the terms of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 1997. If tenderers consider that any of the information supplied by them is either commercially sensitive or confidential in nature, this should be highlighted and the reason for its sensitivity specified. In such cases, the relevant material will, in response to FOI requests, be examined in the light of the exemptions provided for in the FOI Act.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
