Notice under the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act 2000 – 2010 and the LocalGovernment (Planning and Development) Regulations 2001- 2011

Proposed to construct the PEARSE ROAD SURFACE WATER SEWER 
As part of the advance works under the SLIGO AND ENVIRONS SEWERAGE SCHEME

In accordance with the above regulations Sligo Borough Council hereby give notice, in accordance with Article 81 of the above Regulations, of its proposals to construct a Storm water Outfall and Petrol Interceptor at John F Kennedy Parade, Sligo City, in order to upgrade the existing Sligo and Environs Sewerage Scheme.

Plans and particulars of the storm water outfall are available for inspection in the offices of Sligo Borough Council, City Hall, Quay Street, Sligo City, and Sligo County Council, Old Gaol, St. Anne’s place, Sligo City during normal office hours from Wednesday 9th November until Thursday 22nd December 2011.

Submissions and observations in respect of the proposed development dealing with the proper planning and development of the area in which the development is situated may be made in writing to the Acting Director of Service, Sligo Borough Council, before 5.00 p.m. on Friday 13th January 2012.
