RESTRICTED TENDER PROCEDURE: SELECTION OF BUILDING CONTRACTORS

Sligo Borough Council is seeking to select a list of competent Building Contractors to Tender for

1. Works associated with extension to 1 house and for refurbishment and extensions to 3 houses.
2. Energy Efficiency Refurbishment Scheme (up to 12 no. houses)

All particulars including Suitability Assessment for Works Contractor, instruction to tenderers and link to tender information are only available on the e-Tender website, and can be downloaded from www.etenders.ie. from Wednesday 21st July 2010.

Closing date for receipt of Suitability Assessment Questionnaires and supporting information:  Wednesday 18th August 2010,  no later than 4pm.
