Local Elections (Disclosure of Donations and Expenditure) Act 1999
Local Elections 2009 – Sligo Borough Council
The Statements of Election Expenses and Statutory Declarations submitted by successful candidates and designated persons and the Statements of Donations and Election Expenses and Statutory Declarations submitted by unsuccessful candidates at the above elections pursuant to Section 13 of the above Act may be inspected at the offices of Sligo Borough Council, City Hall, Quayside, Sligo during normal working hours i.e. 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
The following candidate did not furnish a Statement of Donations and Elections Expenses and Statutory Declaration in accordance with Section 13 of the Above Act –
- Mr Jarlath Rogers, 25, Cranmore Place, Cranmore, Sligo.
- Mr Seamus O’Boyle, 59, St John’s Street, Sligo.
