SLIGO BOROUGH COUNCIL COMPULSORY PURCHASE (NO 2) ORDER 2007 – SEA ROAD

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Acquisition of Land (Assessment of Compensation) Act, 1919 as amended, the Reference Committee upon the application of Sligo Borough Council (hereinafter called the Council) has nominated Mr. Michael Neary, F.S.C.S., F.R.I.C.S., A.C.I. Arb., of 34 Trees Road, Mount Merrion, Co Dublin as a Property Arbitrator to hear and decide on claims for compensation arising out of Sligo Borough Council Compulsory Purchase (No 2) Order 2007 – Sea Road.

A copy of the compulsory purchase order and map as confirmed may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of Sligo Borough Council, City Hall, Quay St, Sligo.

And further notice is hereby given that the said Mr. Michael Neary will sit in the Council Chamber, Sligo Borough Council, City Hall, Sligo on Tuesday 15th September 2009 commencing at 10.00 am to ascertain the amount of compensation demanded by the claimants in disputed cases and the amount which the Council may be willing to pay and to hear all parties interested as may appear before him at time and place aforesaid.
