Declaration of Public Roads - Ferndale Housing Estate
DECLARATION OF PUBLIC ROADS—ROADS ACT 1993
Ferndale Housing Estate, Sligo
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 11(1) (b) (iii) of the Roads Act 1993 that Sligo Borough Council propose to declare the roads within the Ferndale Housing Estate, Sligo, to be public roads.
A map showing the roads in question may be inspected at the Planning Office, Sligo Borough Council, City Hall, Quay Street, Sligo, until 9th September 2009 between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
Objections or representations may be submitted in writing to Ms. J. McNamara, Administrative Officer, Sligo Borough Council, City Hall, Quay Street, Sligo, not later than 4.00 pm on 24th September 2009 in relation to the proposed declaration of the roads as public roads.
