Open to Ladies 18 years and over

Come along between 12 and 5 pm and enjoy an introduction to OlympicStyle Rowing and remember to bring along your friends, as rowing is a great team sport/ recreational activity.

An introduction to the sport of rowing on the water Try out one of our Ergo rowing machines Watch Sligo Rowing Club ladies demonstration on the water “Goodie bag” for all participants (including t/shirt)
