Borough Housing Projects well Advanced

Sligo Borough Council has a number of housing schemes under construction; A twenty four unit scheme at Rathbraughan consists of nineteen two storey houses, one bungalow and four apartments. The contract includes the provision of a cycle-way and communal car-park.

A new Social Housing Scheme at Abbey Street is almost completed, which will see the delivery of five 3 bed, 3 storey units.

Work is also well advanced on Sligo Borough Council’s new housing development at Mail Coach Road/Old Pound Lane, which will consists of four town houses with direct street frontage.
