Sligo Local Authorities - 1 months free rent

We all lead busy and demanding lives, not least the demands of budgeting and keeping bills paid regularly can often contribute to stress for some of us at one time or another.  The expertise of financial management would certainly come in handy. 

To assist our tenants and give something back in return Sligo Local Authorities are offering the chance to win 1 months free rent.

Is your rent account paid up to date?

If so, you could be one of 40 lucky people who will win 1 months free rent in December.

All winners will be notified by post in due course.

Sligo Local Authorities will run this draw annually, so it’s never too late to start!!

Keeping your rent up-to-date helps us to provide housing for new tenants together with the upkeep of our housing stock and estates.

Tenants are advised to contact the Local Authorities or the money advice and budgeting service if they are experiencing difficulty with payments as both authorities will facilitate payment of arrears by instalments.  The sooner the matter of arrears is dealt with, the easier it is to solve the problem.

The service offered by the money advice and budgeting service is free and confidential and many of our tenants who have contacted mabs speak highly of service they have received.
