Christmas Holiday Arrangements

Please note that the offices of Sligo Local Authorities as listed below will close to the public at 5.00 pm on Tuesday, 23rd December, 2008 and will re-open at 9.00 am on Tuesday, 30th December, 2008.  The offices will also be closed on 1st January, 2009.

• County Hall, Riverside, Sligo.
• City Hall, Quay St., Sligo
• Governor’s House, St. Anne’s Place, Sligo.
• Motor Taxation, Cleveragh Retail Park, Sligo.
• Community and Enterprise Offices, Pearse Road, Sligo.
• Offices in St. Anne’s Place, Market Yard and Cleveragh Business Park, Sligo.
• One Stop Shop, Tubbercurry.
• Area Offices at Ballymote, Enniscrone and Market Yard, Sligo.
• High Market House, Old Market St, Sligo.
• Fire Service Office, St. Anne’s Place, Sligo.
• Harbour Office, Ballast Quay, Sligo.

Sligo Motor Taxation Offices

The Motor Taxation offices at Cleveragh, Sligo and the One Stop Shop, Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo will close to the public at 1.00 pm on  Monday, 31st December for annual stock-take.  The offices will re-open as normal on 2nd January, 2009.

Sligo Central Library

Closed from Tuesday, 23rd December, 2008 at 1.00 pm until 9.30 am on Tuesday, 6th January, 2009.

Sligo Reference and Local History Library

Closed from Tuesday, 23rd December, 2008 at 4.45 pm until 9.30 am on Monday, 5th January, 2009.

Tubbercurry Community Library

Closed from Tuesday, 23rd December, 2008 at 5.00 pm until 9.30 am on Monday 5th January 2009.

Ballymote Branch Library

Closed from Tuesday, 23rd December, 2008 at 5.00 pm until 1.00 pm on Tuesday, January, 6th 2009.

Enniscrone Branch Library

Closed from Tuesday 23rd December, 2008 at 5.00 pm until 6.00 pm on Monday, January 5th 2009.

Sligo County Museum

Closed from Saturday, 13th December, 2008 at 12.30 pm until 9.30 am on Tuesday January 6th 2009.

Emergency Services will be provided as usual during the holiday period.
