Water Services Update Friday 12th January 2011

SLIGO COUNTY COUNCIL – WATER SERVICES UPDATE TUESDAY 12th JANUARY 2011

While there remains increased demands on the public water supply network, Sligo County Council is continuing to maintain supplies in all areas of the county.
Reservoir storage levels are being continuously monitored and any areas that experience a further increase in demand may be subject to restriction in order to maintain daytime supply.

Short-term localized interruptions to supply may be experienced in some areas while leak repairs are being carried out. Sligo County Council acknowledges the patience and understanding of the general public during the past few weeks and wishes to thank those who reported and repaired leaks for their help in restoring water supplies.
